Allen Carr, author of Allen Carr´s Easyway To Stop Smoking method^®. He was a recognized leading world-expert in stop-smoking methods. He was providing advice in his works, how to get rid of nicotine addiction and focusing attention on the hazards involved in smoking, the sold circulation of his books, compact discs and CD carriers  is  about  10 million.

In July 2006 Allen learned that he has squamous cell carcimonia, a form of lung cancer linked to nicotine intake. 
Allen spent his last days promoting himself as an example of the foolhardiness of smoking – and the benefits of giving up the habit even relatively late in life.

Allen Carr died on November 29 2006, in the age of 72 on lung cancer. Nobody knows, if the former Carr’s smoking was involved in the disease or it resulted from his  many years exposure to passive smoking in his capacity of seminars therapist curing persons who were nicotine addicts.
