The INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OFFICE of the CZECH REPUBLIC has registered the trademark EASYWAY in the classes 41 and 44 as follows:  

(41)  Holding courses concerning overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine addiction and quitting (stopping) smoking; 
(44)  Therapy, including hypnotherapy, concerning overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine addiction and quitting (stopping) smoking.  

The INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OFFICE of the SLOVAK REPUBLIC has registered the trademark EASYWAY in the classes 9, 41 and 44 as follows:
 
(9)  Video and audiotapes, DVDs, compact discs, CD-ROMs, everything involving or containing recorded information, concerning overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking; the parts and accessories for all the above-stated.   

(41)  Education, learning and teaching; providing training and exercises; educational services concerning business-franchise management; educational services involving overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking; arranging, leading, organizing and planning conferences, courses, lectures and seminars for educational purposes; arranging, leading, organizing and planning conferences, courses, lectures and seminars involving overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking; arranging such conferences, courses, lectures and seminars via the internet, but not limited to the internet; publishing and issuing educational and learning documents and press concerning overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking; consulting, counselling and information services involving everything stated above.  

(44)  Medical services; clinical services, healthcare clinical services; healthcare, clinical and healthcare services involving overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking; consulting, counselling and information services and/or therapy including hypnotherapy, concerning overcoming habits and/or addictions, as for instance nicotine, alcohol, drug addiction, in particular smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages and drug abuse, overcoming problems of overweight, fear, pressure and stress situations and the pursuit of personal features, in particular the ability to stop smoking;  consulting, counselling and information services involving everything stated above.
