By filing application to the seminar “Allen Carr´s Easyway To Stop Smoking”, the seminar “The Easy Way of Allen Carr to Stop Smoking, the seminar “Allen Carr´s Easyway”, the seminar “EASYWAY – Stop Smoking” and/or the seminar “EASYWAY” (hereinafter “a seminar”), you shall accept the following general business terms and conditions: 

I.           General provisions: 
The contract between the seminar participant and the license holder of Allen Carr´s Easyway To Stop Smoking for the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic (hereinafter "the license holder") is made upon the date the seminar participant sends the order as a binding application to the seminar and upon its confirmation by the license holder and/or upon the date of the contract signing by company clients. Upon the date of order sending and/or contract concluding also the current general business conditions come into force.   

II.  Payment rules of the seminar participant: 
The seminar participant payment shall be determined by the license holder. The booking of the place for the seminar participant takes place following the application and the seminar fee payment 7 days at the latest before the seminar is held. In case the seminar fee shall not be reimbursed, at the latest 7 days before the seminar is held, your booking shall be cancelled. Exceptions shall be provided by the license holder only.  

III. Payment conditions:
The seminar fee shall be paid in the full amount to the account of the license holder. The seminar fee shall be due at the latest 7 days before the seminar is held, via bank remittance to the license holder’s account. You are expected to reimburse the fee to the license holder’s account. This term is understood as the moment when the amount is placed to the license holder’s account or paid in cash to the treasury of the license holder. You may pay later, as an exception, under the written consent of the license holder, when the seminar participant brings the payment confirmation (bank remittance order and/or reimbursed mail order) along to the seminar.  

IV. Cancellation fees:  
Contract cancellation from the side of seminar participants and/or from the side of the seminar-ordering person shall be possible solely under the below-stated cancellation conditions set up by the license holder.  
Cancellation fees make:  
10 % of the price when the seminar is cancelled by the 60th day inclusive before the term the seminar was to be held. 
25 % of the price when the seminar is cancelled between the 59th day up to the 31st day inclusive before the term the respective seminar was to be held.
50 % of the price when the seminar is cancelled between the 30th day and the 21st day inclusive before the term the seminar was to be held.
75 % of the price when the seminar is cancelled between the 20th day and the 8th day inclusive before the term of the seminar.
100 % of the seminar price since the 7th day up to the day the respective seminar was to be held.   

V. Changing terms from the side of the license holder:
The license holder is entitled to refuse a seminar and/or to postpone it in time, when on the background of force majeure (for instance, the therapist’s disease) and the seminar cannot be carried out. All the payments made in advance shall be without necessary delay returned in case the offered spare term shall not be accepted by the seminar participant. In case the spare term shall be accepted, the payment shall be used for the spare term of the seminar. Continuing claims from the side of the seminar participant are excluded. 

 VI. Money-back guarantee:
TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE
If within three months from the date of this document you are still smoking and decide not to stop, you are entitled to ask us in writing within three months from the date of completion of the first major seminar for fee reimbursement.

This guarantee is a part of the EASYWAY COMPLETE PROGRAMME 3 in 1, upon payment of the full price CZK 6,800.00 or EUR 256.00 per one person, without the use of price discounts and will be invalidated in any of the following events:

(1) That you cancel, postpone or fail to attend any session or arrive over fifteen minutes late for any session.

(2) That you fail to attend at least two free back-up sessions within three months of the date of your first session (the second and third sessions are not a repeat of the first session and last approximately 2½ - 3½ hours each)

(3) If you choose a long-term guarantee withing 1 year, ie the possibility to attend two boosting seminars within 1 year

The above conditions of the money-back guarantee are familiar to the seminar participant or ordering person and he/she shall recognize them having ordered/booked the seminar.   

VII. Responsibilities determination: 
The license holder restricts his/her responsibility to the participant and also to the person ordering the seminars, who prevents its proper completion, either with purpose or due to her/his rude negligence.

VIII. Disputes: 
In case of any legal dispute that may arise in the future, the end decision shall be made under the Czech or Slovak law and by the respective court of the Czech Republic or Slovak Republic.     

IX.     Final provisions: 
These general business terms and conditions are applicable for all the services provided by the license holder and are in force since January 01, 2010.
